If we assist with trademark filing, we do not guarantee trademark approval. Trademark rights are subject to USPTO review and approval. We are not responsible if your trademark application is rejected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANNKI KICKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Rejection of filings or applications by government agencies
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $1,000, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cannki Kicker, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• • For users in Pakistan: The laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles
• • For users in other countries: The laws of New York, United States

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Any dispute not resolved through informal resolution or mediation shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place in New York, NY (for US users) or Karachi, Pakistan (for Pakistan users).

For any disputes that are not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York (for US users) or Karachi, Pakistan (for Pakistan users).

Cannki Kicker operates with legal entities registered in both Pakistan and the United States:

• United States Entity: Cannki Kicker LLC, with its principal office at 7247 Emma Ct, Douglasville, GA 30134

• Pakistan Entity: our affiliated operating entity registered in Pakistan; full registration details are available on request.

If you access our services from outside the United States or Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay for services already rendered or refund eligibility as outlined in our Refund Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• • Breach of these Terms
• • Providing false or fraudulent information
• • Engaging in illegal activities
• • Non-payment of fees
• • Abuse of our services or staff
• • Violation of intellectual property rights

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
