This Electronic Signature and Communications Consent Agreement (“E-Sign Consent”) describes how Cannki Kicker (“we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers communications to you electronically and how you consent to receive documents, disclosures, and notices in electronic form. This consent is provided in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Withdrawal of consent will be effective within 5 business days of receipt. Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of any electronic Communications or signatures provided prior to the effective date of withdrawal.
Even after consenting to electronic delivery, you may request paper copies of any Communication. To request a paper copy, contact us at contact@kicker.cannki.com or call +1 (219) 841-1596. A reasonable fee may be charged for paper delivery to cover printing and mailing costs. We recommend downloading and saving electronic copies of all important documents for your records.
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. If your email address or other information changes, you must update it promptly in your account settings or by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed Communications, including time-sensitive tax and legal documents.
This E-Sign Consent is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted by your state of residence. Under these laws, electronic records and signatures carry the same weight and legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures. By consenting, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand the terms, and agree to conduct transactions electronically with Cannki Kicker.
We reserve the right to modify this E-Sign Consent Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you may withdraw your consent as described in Section 4.
