Publication required
Arizona requires new entities to publish notice of formation. Arizona LLCs (and corporations) must publish a Notice of Formation in an ACC-approved newspaper in the county of the statutory/known place of business for three consecutive publications. EXEMPTION: if the entity's known place of business / statutory agent address is in Maricopa County or Pima County, no publication is required — the ACC posts the notice for free in its online Public Notice database for those two counties. Deadline: Within 60 days after the Articles of Organization are approved/filed by the ACC.. We flag it so you don't miss it.
Foreign qualification
Registering an out-of-state business in Arizona costs a $150 state fee — and requires a Arizona registered agent. We provide both.
Filing speed
Regular processing roughly 13-15 business days; expedited processing (online, +$35) roughly 5-7 business days. Times fluctuate — ACC posts current document-processing times.

Arizona registered agent questions
Do I need a registered agent in Arizona?
Yes. Arizona — like every US state — requires your LLC or corporation to maintain a registered agent with a physical Arizona address, available during business hours to receive legal documents and state mail. You can be your own agent only if you have a Arizona street address and are personally available every weekday.
Can I use Kicker as my Arizona registered agent if I live abroad?
Absolutely. Non-US founders can't be their own registered agent because a US address is required. We provide a compliant Arizona address and handle every document that arrives — this is one of the most common reasons international founders use us.
Will you remind me about my Arizona annual report?
Yes. N/A — Arizona LLCs are not required to file an annual report. (For-profit corporations must file an annual report, $45, due each year on the anniversary of incorporation; nonprofit corporations $10.) We track that date and remind you ahead of it — and we can file the report for you too.
How do I switch my Arizona registered agent to Kicker?
After you sign up we prepare the Arizona change-of-agent form, file it with the state, and confirm when it's active — usually within 1–5 business days. Your current agent is notified automatically through the state filing.
